Here’s what you get.
Monthly WordPress Updates. Each month your WordPress core, theme and plugins will be updated and monitored for compatibility issues. You will also receive recommendations for plugin removals, alternative plugins or overall WordPress improvements and tweaks.
Monthly Backups. Each month you’ll get a complete backup your website content and database, stored securely offsite and easily accessible by you.
Technical Support and Website Tweaks. Every month, you’ll receive 60-minutes of on-call technical support for emergency tasks, WordPress tweaks or other issues you might be having on your website.
Email Support. Whether you’re looking for some guidance or just a quick answer, I’m here for you. Connect with me through a dedicated email address that I only use for support memberships. You can expect a response from me within 24 hours of your request and in most cases, within hours.
Terms of Service
This service plan is charged monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your service plan at any time.
This plan includes up to 60-minutes of technical support. Additional hours may be charged separately. Monthly service hours can not be rolled over into subsequent calendar months.
Website restoration services, web design and development services are not included with this package. Rates and offerings are subject to change.
