- 1-3 hrs. @ $125/hr. (ex. 2 hrs. = $250 mo.)
- 4+ hrs. @ $120/hr. (ex. 4 hrs. = $480 mo.)
- 10+ hrs. @ $110/hr. (ex. 10 hrs. = $1,100 mo.)
- 20+ hrs. @ $95/hr. (ex. 20 hrs. = $1,900 mo.)
