This weekend I’m working on my vision board. It’s the first one I’ve done in a while. I actually can’t remember the last time I worked on one.
The thing is, I use to create a vision statement for myself every year since starting my business. I would set major goals for myself, both personal and professional. A lot of times, I would hit just about every point on my vision statement. But when life got busy and I got stressed, I stopped planning ahead.
It’s something I’ve missed doing and I’m super excited to jump back into it and see what results I get.
While browsing YouTube recently, I saw several videos discussing goals for the upcoming year. I watched YouTubers piecing together their vision boards with magazine clippings and tape, and it got me excited.
I can’t wait to plan out my year. I’m ready to do things strategically and with intention. I’m ready to get my hands dirty and glue all of my life’s goals to a neon foam board…lol.
I mean, I could just write it on a sheet of paper, but creating an actual vision board makes it feel so much more real, doesn’t it?
